RS turbo Escort for sale

    

The engine and gearbox have been fully rebuilt less than 600 miles ago.
Engine Spec
Fully rebuilt including; Reground crankshaft, High pressure High capacity oil pump, New piston rings, Cam followers, Group A head gasket, Heavy Duty Head bolts,
Water pump etc etc every gasket and oil seal have been replaced.
Gas flowed cylinder head with a Piper 285T camshaft and vernier pulley.
Turbo Technics Turbo ( not sure of the spec ), Interpro 16psi actuator
Interpro chipped Fuel and Ignition ecu`s ( I have the receipt for these they cost over £500 )
Pace alloy intercooler and Blue Samco Hoses.
Fully overhauled metering unit.
JR cone filter and dump valve.
Full Custom made 2.75inch stainless exhaust with 3inch mongoose rear silencer.
New genuine ford oil and fuel filters. NGK spark plugs.
Magncore 8mm silicone plug leads and new dizzy cap and rotor arm.
Once this engine has been fully run in and setup in should produce 200bhp+
Transmission
Fully rebuilt gearbox which had syncro hubs and bearings fitted.
All new oil seals fitted.
New borg and beck clutch fitted.
All cv joints checked, re greased and new boots fitted
Steering and Suspension
25mm lowered proven products shocks and springs.
New steering rack and track rod ends
Both front lower suspension arms replaced.
Brakes
Standard front discs and pads which have done less than 600 miles.
Standard rear brakes with new shoes and wheel cylinders and flexi pipes.
Rear brake compensator valve adjusted to suit lowered suspension.
New brake fluid.
Interior
